The rescue capsule comprises a capsule body and an electrically-controlled pressure regulating valve component, the electrically-controlled pressure regulating valve component comprises a valve body, a valve seat, a valve-type spool, a driving device used for driving the valve-type spool to act, a pressure detection device and a control device, the pressure detection device is used for detecting internal and external pressure of the capsule body or detecting a difference of the internal and external pressure of the capsule body, and the control device is in communication connection with the pressure detection device and used for receiving a pressure signal or a pressure difference signal detected by the pressure detecting device. The control device is in control connection with the driving device, and controls the driving device to act so as to enlarge opening of the valve-type spool when the difference of the internal and external pressure of the capsule body is larger than set maximum pressure difference, or controls the driving device to act so as to reduce opening of the valve-type spool when the difference of the internal and external pressure of the capsule body is smaller than set minimum pressure difference.
