Abstract

The tail gas treatment device comprises a condensing tar discharging tank, an acid mist purifying tower containing basic compounds and an incineration cabinet which are arranged sequentially along a tail gas delivery direction and communicated, the upstream of the condensing tar discharging tank is communicated with an exhaust branch communicated with a furnace body of carbonization equipment, and a discharge outlet communicated with external environment is formed in the incineration cabinet. In the working process, tail gas discharged from the furnace body is fed into the tail gas treatment device from the exhaust branch and then passes the condensing tar discharging tank, the acid mist purifying tower and the incineration cabinet sequentially, tar contained in the tail gas is condensed and collected sequentially, acids in the tail gas is subjected to acid-base neutralization treatment, carbonic oxide in the tail gas is incinerated to form non-toxic harmless gases such as carbon dioxide, and finally the treated non-toxic harmless gases are discharged to the external environment from the discharge outlet.
