The invention relates to a fly ash sintered material for water treatment. (1) Fly ash film ingredients comprise 60-70 parts by weight of fly ash, 20-30 parts by weight of clay and 10 parts by weight of carbon granules, the ingredients are mixed and ground to 80-200 meshes, water is added for uniformly mixing, a mixture is made into a variety of shapes, naturally dried and then sintered, the temperature is 1200-1700 DEG C, tree leaves are used for activation, then the mixture is taken out, and the aperture is made to be 0.1-90.0 micrometers; (2) a sewage treatment packing formula comprises 40-50 parts by weight of fly ash, 30-40 parts by weight of scrap iron, 10 pars by weight of anthracite, 7 parts by weight of clay and 3 parts by weight of catalyst, a ball mill is used for grinding the ingredients to 100 meshes, the water is added for uniformly mixing, the mixture is made into the shapes of circles, pipes and honeycombs of 2-6mm, drying is performed and the temperature is increased to 1100 DEG C; and (3) water treatment basic ingredients comprise 65-75 parts by weight of fly ash, 15-25 parts by weight of clay, 5 parts of additives and 5 parts of wood chips, the ingredients are ball-milled to 60-80 meshes and made into the different shapes with the size of 2-6mm, drying is performed, the temperature is increased to 950-1300 DEG C, and the tree leaves are used for activating for 10 minutes. The fly ash sintered material can be widely used for seawater desalination and wastewater treatment, has low cost and is suitable for large-area popularization and application.
