Embodiment Construction

[0042] According to the invention and especially in figure 1 and Figure 7 The system 1 shown in will connect the electronic device 2 to be tested (particularly for an aircraft) to a conventional test unit 3 (particularly an ATEC test bay), such as figure 2 shown.

[0043] According to the invention, said connection system 1 comprises:

[0044] - a fixed part 4, which can be fixed to said test unit 3; and

[0045] - Removable board 5, such as Figure 5 As shown, it is mounted on the fixed part 4 and can accommodate the electronic device 2 to be tested.

[0046] According to the invention, said movable plate 5 can be linearly displaced relative to said fixed part 4 in the longitudinal Y direction, starting from one of two positions:

[0047] - the rear position, which corresponds to the connection position of the electronic device 2 and the test unit 3 (eg Figure 8 shown); and

[0048] - the front position, which is away from the test unit 3 and corresponds to the positi...

Abstract

A connection system for connecting an electronic device, in particular for an aircraft, to a test unit is provided. The connection system includes a fixed portion, which is fixable to said test unit, and a movable plate which is capable of receiving the electronic device to be tested and is displaceable linearly with respect to said fixed portion between two positions which correspond respectively to a connection position and a disconnection position of the electronic device, by manually actuated displacement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a connection system for connecting an electronic device to be tested, in particular an electronic device in an aircraft, to a test unit, and also to a test unit provided with such a connection system. Background technique [0002] Under the general environment of developing airborne avionics equipment (especially the airborne avionics equipment conforming to the ARINC600 standard), a consensus has been reached on systematic functional testing of equipment during the production process. These functional tests are typically performed with a standard ATEC (or Automatic Test Complex) test bay. These brackets are very widespread in the field of airborne electronics. [0003] More specifically, when the delivery rate of civilian and military aircraft increases, the rate of production of airborne equipment also increases significantly. This will result in maximum utilization of the equipment line and thus test bays. As a result, te...
