Embodiment 1

[0054] The iodine / hydrophobic cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the present invention is composed of the following raw materials in molar ratio, iodine: 2,3,6 triacetyl β-cyclodextrin (TA-β-CD)=1: 2. Put TA-β-CD in a vacuum drying oven and dry in vacuum at 70°C for 1 hour; weigh an appropriate amount of iodine and cyclodextrin according to the above molar ratio, and vortex mix for 5-10 minutes to make a mixture; weigh 1 g of the mixture and inject 5ml glass ampoule, filled with N 2 Gas and seal; place the drug-loaded ampoule in a temperature-controlled heater, set the temperature at 45-60°C and heat for 60-90 minutes; take the sample out of the ampoule and pass through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain solid iodine / TA-β-CD clathrate.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medicinal preparations in medicine engineering and relates to an iodine/hydrophobic cyclodextrin clathrate and its preparation method and use. The iodine/hydrophobic cyclodextrin comprises iodine and hydrophobic cyclodextrin according to a mole ratio of 1: 0.5-2 and is prepared by a seal temperature control technology. The prepared iodine/hydrophobic cyclodextrin clathrate can effectively inhibit iodine volatilization and improve stability, prevent iodine irritation to skin mucous membrane and reduce iodine corrosivity.
