Abstract

A jogged type ultrasonic transducer device comprises an outer casing, a sensor, a fixing ring, a circuit board and a sealing cover; the outer casing comprises a hollow casing and at least one externally connected foot; the hollow casing is provided with a first opening and a second opening which are corresponding; the sensor comprises a hollow base and a piezoelectric plate and a shock absorption part which are arranged inside the hollow base in a stacking mode; the hollow base is arranged inside the hollow casing and seals a second opening; the fixing ring is arranged at a position which is corresponding to the transducer; the fixing ring and the hollow casing are mutually matched to clamp the sensor; the fixing ring comprises a ring body and at least one internally connected foot; the ring body is provided with at least one rib column which extends towards the first opening in a protruding mode; the internally connected foot and the piezoelectric plate of the transducer are in electrical connection; the circuit board, the externally connected foot and the internally connected foot are in electrical connection; the sealing cover seals the first opening; the inner wall surface of the sealing cover is abut against the rib column off the fixing ring.
