The method comprises the following steps of determining the operating way of the power grid; determining the lock-up control motion frequency fixed value of the DC power fluctuation; and performing the lock-up control of the DC power fluctuation. According to the lock-up control method for the DC power fluctuation of the weak AC receiving power grid, when the DC power is fluctuated and the grid frequency at the weak AC receiving end is reduced to a limiting frequency, a direct current system is bipolarlly locked to guarantee a underfrequency load shedding device at a third line of defense to be failure to actuate after a correct operation is safely controlled, the grid frequency collapse can be prevented due to the fact that the weak AC receiving power grid bears larger power vacancy but any measure is not adopted, and an AC receiving system can be guaranteed to stably operate; and meanwhile, overall process monitoring during a direct current power fluctuation period can be realized and false operation can be prevented by setting a starting criterion, a motion criterion and an exit criterion.
