With the method, power grid energy-saving data classification is completed; the direction and target of the energy-saving work development are determined; and an energy-saving analysis process from energy-saving index model selection to subitem energy-saving potential calculation is established and thus a piece of operative energy-saving modification advice of energy-saving work development can be provided for a basic-level power grid company.
