The filter circuit includes an inductor and a bilateral switch; the input terminal of the inductor is connected with a live wire of a single-phase alternating current; and the bilateral switch has a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal, wherein the first connecting terminal is connected with a zero line of the single-phase alternating current and the second connecting terminal is connected with the output terminal of the inductor by a filter capacitor. The rectification circuit includes a rectifier bridge that is respectively connected with the filter circuit and the zero line of the single-phase alternating current; the rectifier bridge is a two-arm diode rectifier bridge; one arm of the two-arm diode rectifier bridge is connected with a common terminal of the inductor and the bilateral switch and the other arm is connected with the zero line of the single-phase alternating current and one end of the bilateral switch, and the filter capacitor is connected with the bidirectional switch in series; and the two-arm diode rectifier bridge forms a direct-current output positive terminal and a direct-current output negative terminal. Besides, the rectification circuit also includes a first electrolytic capacitor and a first voltage-stabilizing resistor.
