Abstract

The invention discloses a novel whitening film-covering process of composite TC plain cloth. The process comprises steps of: (1) interweaving Corterra yarn and PET yarn to obtain TC plain cloth; (2) preparing a whitening solution of the TC plain cloth according to a ratio, heating the whitening solution for 30-40 min and maintaining the temperature for 15 min; (3) fully dipping the TC plain cloth into the whitening solution for 30-40 min; and (4) taking the fully dipped TC plain cloth out and drying. The whitening solution comprises following components by weight: 20-40 parts of fluorescence whitening powder, 15-20 parts of mercerizing paste and 5-10 parts of sodium sulfate, with the balance being water. The whitening solution is formed by stirring the components uniformly. The process is simple and easily understood. The processed plain cloth is natural in color, uniform in colored light and nonirritating to skin, and achieves natural whiteness and good using performances.
