[0036] The Bt-gene insect-resistant rice of the present invention is selected from cry2Aa gene-transformed rice T2A-1, which has high resistance to lepidopteran pests. The non-transgenic parent is selected from Guangminghui 63 rice, and the rice seeds are all inherited from crops of Huazhong Agricultural University. Provided by the State Key Laboratory of Improvement. The rice was cultivated in a cultivation tray (length×width×height=25cm×20cm×3cm) with Yoshida nutrient solution to a height of about 15cm and used for the evaluation test. The conditions for cultivating rice seedlings are temperature (26±2°C) and relative humidity (80%).
