The voltage feedback circuit is connected between the first end and the second end of the primary-side winding and used for outputting a voltage feedback signal according to the voltages across the two ends of the primary-side winding. The switch control circuit is used for outputting a switch control signal, and the switch control signal is used for controlling the power switch. The overvoltage protection circuit is used for outputting a resetting signal when the voltage feedback signal exceeds an overvoltage protection threshold, and the resetting signal is used for resetting the switch control circuit.
