Abstract

Every liter of culture medium comprises 2.00g of peptone, 1.00g of yeast extract, 1.00g of casein hydrolysate, 0.60g of NaNO3, 0.52g of KCl, 0.52g of MgSO4.7H2O, 1.52g of KH2PO4, 5.00-10.00mg of ZnO, 10mg of H3BO3, 5mg of MnSO4.H2O, 1.6mg of CoCl.5H2O, 1.6mg of CuSO4.5H2O, 1.1mg of (NH4) 6MO7O24, 1.3mg of FeSO4, 1.8mg of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), 0.10mg of thiamine, 0.04mg of glycine, 0.01mg of niacin and 0.01mg of pyridoxine.
