A charging communication interface of the two charging interface connectors is connected with a communication interface of the intelligent controller through a switching relay, and the switching relay is used for switching connection according to the state of a controlling and determining interface of the corresponding charging interface connector. States of the auxiliary control relays, the direct-current contactors and the controlling and determining interfaces of the charging interface connectors are collected through driving in of the vehicles, and the on-off states of the corresponding auxiliary control relays and the direct-current contactors and the on-off states of CAN communication interface of the charging interface connectors and a CAN interface circuit of the intelligent controller are controlled through driving off of the vehicles.
