Benefits of technology

This technology helps prevent pain from burning or scratches on larger areas while still allowing it's healing faster by blocking out any changes that may affect their appearance over time without having to leave them cleaned up again after each use.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution describes how we could create better ways to prevent or treat serious injuries caused by burning sores due to lack of proper protection against bacterial growth during surgery procedures. Current methods involve using temporary plaster cast solutions but they may also cause complications like inflammations and necrosis. To solve these issues, it proposes making them more durably compatible with living organisms called "dermallum".

Embodiment 1

[0060] A kind of preparation method of clean fine nuclei aseptic heterogeneous B film is characterized in that it is carried out according to the following steps:

[0061] a. Selection of raw materials: Select 40-60kg Ukrainian white pig back (60X90)㎝2 fresh membranes, use bromelain diluted to 0.1%-0.3% (w / w), soak in pure water at 30-40°C for 10-35 minutes, wash Afterwards, dry in the shade until the water content is 5%~8% (w / w); immerse again in water, shake dry and level off, dry on the glass operating table for 5~10 minutes, cut the width of 60cm, divide each film into equal parts, press " "Standard" specifications are divided into machine peeling film;

[0062] b. Clean the nail film on the glass surface. After manual fat removal, the nail film and the film B are driven off, and the collagen layer of the nail film is removed. The film B is ¢0.2㎝ input to the drum stripper to a thickness of 0.5㎜±0.02㎜, and put into the cleaning tank. Use 0.5% (w / w) physiological saline ...

Embodiment 2

[0072] The preparation method of the net fine nuclei sterile heterogeneous B membrane:

[0073] a. Selected raw materials: select 40kg Ukrainian white pig back (60X90)㎝2 fresh diaphragms, use bromelain diluted to 0.1% (w / w), soak in pure water at 30°C for 10 minutes, wash and dry in the shade until the water content is 5% (w / w); Immerse again in water, dry and level off, dry on the glass operating table for 5 minutes, cut to a width of 60cm, divide each film into equal parts, and separate them into machine peeling films according to the "standard" specification;

[0074] b. Use 0.5% (w / w) normal saline to soak again under the liquid surface for 30 minutes, wash it twice with 39℃±2℃ pure water, dry it for ...

Embodiment 3

[0082] The preparation method of the net fine nuclei sterile heterogeneous B membrane:

[0083] a. Selection of raw materials: select 60kg Ukrainian white pig back (60X90)㎝㎝2 fresh membranes, use bromelain diluted to 0.3% (w / w), soak in 40°C pure water for 35 minutes, wash and dry in the shade until the water content is 8% (w / w); Immerse again in water, dry and level off, dry on the glass operating table for 10 minutes, cut to a width of 60cm, divide each film into equal parts, and divide them into machine peeling films according to the "standard" specification;

[0084]b. Use 0.5% (w / w) physiological saline under the liquid surface, soak it again for 40 minutes, wash it twice with 39℃±2℃ pure water, dry ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a clean fine-core sterile heterogeneous sigmoid membrane as well as a preparation method and clinical application thereof. A clean fine-core sterile heterogeneous sigmoid membrane biological novel material is successfully manufactured. A pig sigmoid membrane is taken as an animal model and subjected to experimental investigation of substrate application. The heterogeneous sigmoid membrane prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can block body stress response of a patient with extensive burns, can lower super-high metabolism and can keep the remaining skin structure necessary for later-period skin regeneration. After the wound surface is cleaned and sterilized in a treatment process, the dressings can be not changed, skin can be not grafted, operation can be not carried out, the wound surface is protected from pollution and complication is avoided, so that cure rate for extensive burns is improved; moreover, scar hyperplasia is restrained, and disability rate of the patient is reduced.
