The method for communication between the reader-writer and the electronic tag specifically comprises the steps: the electronic tag is gradually moved from a nonmetal environment to a metal environment under the condition that the relative positions of the reader-writer and the electronic tag are fixed; the reader-writer continuously transmits electromagnetic waves and receives reflected electromagnetic waves from the electronic tag in the gradual moving process; the reader-writer obtains the impedance matching between a tag chip and a tag antenna by analyzing the intensity of the reflected electromagnetic waves; the reader-writer sends an impedance adjusting instrument to the electronic tag to perform impedance feedback regulation of the tag chip according to the impedance matching; the electronic tag performs impedance regulation of the tag chip according to the impedance adjusting instrument from the reader-writer and sends the reflected electromagnetic waves to the reader-writer after each-time regulation.
