The method for producing oil dried bean curds in large scale comprises the steps of soaking, soybean milk grinding, soybean milk cooking, soybean milk dotting, compaction and frying; specifically, the steps are as follows: grinding soaked beans into soybean milk by using a sand tray starch mill; feeding the filtered soybean milk into a continuous soybean milk cooker to be cooked; cooling the cooked soybean milk to be below 30 DEG C by using a heat exchanger and guaranteeing that the concentration of the cooked soybean milk is 8-1 degrees; performing soybean milk dotting by using a coagulator prepared from glucolactone and magnesium chloride; feeding the cooked soybean milk subjected to soybean milk dotting into a die; heating and shaping by means of hot water bath for 30-40 minutes to obtain soft tofu; compacting the soft tofu to obtain white tofu; dividing the white tofu into blocks and frying for 7-9 minutes.
