The machine drives a conveying device, a filling mechanism and a sandwich cake forming mould to move through a transmission system, wherein the conveying device consists of two conveying belts, an upper roller and a roll shaft; rotation is realized through a gear transmission system; a sealing shaft does up-and-down simple harmonic motion through a cam kinematic pair, a pawl of a pressure lever component and positive and negative inclined teeth on a filling barrel sealing shaft to feed loose fillings; the sandwich cake forming mould and a guide column relatively rotate through cross transmission of a gear and a round belt; cooked rice cake slices which are processed into rectangularstrip shape are placed at the port of the conveying belt; the fillings are placed into the filling barrel; the machine can continuously package the sandwich cakes in an electric mode; and a manual gear-shifting handle is rotated and a sliding gear on an input shaft is moved to be disengaged with a gear on the upper roller shaft, so that the manual production mode is realized by rotating the manual handle.
