The livestock and poultry manure decomposing inoculant is prepared by compounding the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of bacillus subtilis, 0.5-2 parts of streptomyces microflavus, 0.5-2 parts of trichoderma longibrachiatum and 0.5-2 parts of bacillus mucilagimosus krassilm, wherein the effective viable count is 6*10<8> per gram. The livestock and poultry manure decomposing inoculant disclosed by the invention has multiple functions, can be used for decomposing the livestock and poultry manure and removing the odor and can resist the fusarium oxysporum and increase the yield after being applied to crops.
