Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring the granularity of microscopic image particles segmented on the basis of a watershed. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating an obtained original microscopic image by utilizing a median filter and a global threshold mode; then calculating a gradient image of the pretreated microscopic image, so as to construct a data matrix of the gradient image; calculating an internal marker set and an external marker set of the gradient image by virtue of the data matrix, so as to obtain a segmented microscopic image; and then measuring the number, size and shape of the particles, thereby realizing measurement of the granularity of the microscopic image particles segmented on the basis of the watershed. By using the method, the problems of discontinuity and nonuniformity of particle contours obtained by a particle granularity measuring system are effectively solved, and the measurement accuracy of particle granularity parameters is guaranteed. The method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in use and no need of additional auxiliary equipment.
