The logic table includes a plurality sub-tables. Each sub-table is provided with a sub-table number. The sub-tables are dispersed on different physical database units. The physical database units are provided with database labels and used for storing the sub-tables. The data accessing units are used for calculating target physical database units and target sub-tables which should be stored in the target physical database units according to selected accessing manners and partition keys, and visiting the target sub-tables in the target physical database units. The database system has the advantages new physical database units are added, the logic table is divided to allow the capacity of the single physical database unit to be lowered, and accordingly the signal physical database unit can accommodate more forms, and capacity expansion is achieved.
