Abstract

The invention discloses a technology for processing base paper of wallpaper. The technology disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: (1), sending base paper, namely arranging a roller which the base paper winds on the conveying end of conveying equipment, and brushing the printing surface of the base paper conveyed onto a coating and plasticizing combination machine through a transmission roller wheel with a foaming paste coating; (2), heating, namely conveying the base paper brushed with the foaming paste coating into an oven through the transmission roller wheel, wherein the oven is divided into five sections which are at 160 DEG C, 180 DEG C, 190 DEG C, 200 DEG C and 185 DEG C in sequence along the base paper conveying direction; (3), pricking the coating, namely conveying the heated base paper onto a pricking machine through the transmission roller wheel, wherein a pricking needle template of the pricking machine is arranged along the width direction of the base paper and pricking needles are used for pricking the foaming paste coating with fixed beats; and (4), cooling, namely conveying the pricked base paper through the transmission roller wheel to pass through five cooling wheels, and finally, rolling the cooled base paper through a rolling machine. The base paper processed by the technology disclosed by the invention is excellent in air permeability and antibacterial property.
