Abstract

Disclosed herein is a blower / vacuum device which comprises a handle and a fan blade mounted in a rolled-shaped shell body. The device can be suspended through the handle, the handle is mounted on a vacuum cleaning position in a rotatable manner. Positions o the vacuum cleaning device can be switched with the positon of the blast. The lengthwise axes of the handles of the blast position and the vacuum cleaning device are generally positioned in a vertical plane which runs through the gravity center of the device. The handles are arranged above the gravity center, and therefore the device can be suspended below the handles of the blast position and the vacuum cleaning device in different balancing directions.
