The automatic tunnel portal pavement deicing and anti-icing system comprises a fluid reservoir, a plurality of nozzles, a fluid delivery pipe, a fluid discharge pipe and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the fluid reservoir is arranged at a tunnel portal and used for storing deicing fluid, the plurality of nozzles are mounted on the two sides of a road outside the tunnel portal respectively, the fluid delivery pipe is connected to the nozzles, one end of the fluid discharge pipe is connected with the fluid delivery pipe and the other end of the fluid discharge pipe is connected to the bottom of the fluid reservoir, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the fluid discharge pipe.
