Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed relay selection method suitable for a simultaneous information and power transfer relay network. The method is based on a relay selection strategy with maximum collection energy as the purpose and a relay selection strategy with the maximum signal to noise ratio as the purpose. A source node selects one of N relay nodes as the relay node participating in cooperative transfer. The relay selection process includes the steps that each relay node estimates channel state information of a forward link and a backward link of the relay node through communication between the relay node and the source node and between the relay node and a target node, then, the competition time of each relay node is calculated according to the estimated channel information and a pre-defined competition time function, the relay node with the shortest competition time in each time slot is selected as a cooperative node, and the performance of a system can be effectively improved through the distributed relay selection method.
