By adopting the high-performance liquid phase chromatography, the six forbidden and restricted ingredients such as sesamol, coumarin, beta-naphthol, beta- asarone, safrole and musk xylene can be simultaneously detected, simplicity and rapidness in operation can be achieved, a satisfactory separation effect and qualitative detection limit can be acquired, and the reproducibility is good.
