Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting two peculiar smell substances based on a novel SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) substrate. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the SERS substrate; s2, drawing a standard curve of dimethyl sulfide and 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol; s3, detection of odor substances in a water sample: immersing the to-be-detected water sample in the SERS substrate prepared in the step S1, placing the to-be-detected water sample in a closed experimental chamber, incubating at 40 DEG C for 10 minutes, and performing SERS detection after incubation is finished to obtain an SERS spectrogram; judging whether the water sample contains a target analyte or not by comparing characteristic peaks in the spectrogram; and calculating the concentration of the analytes in the water sample by using the standard working curves of the two analytes obtained in the step S2. The detection method can be used for simultaneously and rapidly detecting two peculiar smell substances including dimethyl sulfide and 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol in the water body.
