Abstract

The construction of the cast-in-place pile is finished through the steps of digging the ground, forming a pile hole, mounting a lower sleeve, placing a steel reinforcement cage, bending a main reinforcement, mounting an upper sleeve, pouring concrete, hanging a conduit, continuously pouring the concrete into a pile body until the surface of the concrete is raised to be level with the top surface of the upper sleeve, then, pulling out the conduit, removing the upper sleeve, eliminating a part of an over-pouring pile head, aligning the main reinforcement, removing the lower sleeve, and pulling out a protecting casing. The invention provides a new construction method of the cast-in-place pile, and the steel reinforcement cage is not deflected and floated upwards in pouring the concrete. The construction of the cast-in-place pile is convenient; the labor intensity of the construction of breaking the pile head by workers is greatly reduced; the construction efficiency is improved.
