The method comprises the following steps: scanning source-code libraries respectively and extracting the relation between a source program and a COPYBOOK to generate a relation document of the program and the COPYBOOK; generating a compile listing document according to the relation document and the content of a current version change request; generating a database request module and an actuating code listing document through the compile listing document, a common program attribute parameter document and a database access program attribute parameter document; inspecting the correctness of the built application system version according to the content of the current version change request, the database request module, the actuating code listing document, and an output result of program timestamps and byte number obtained by extracting actuating code libraries, wherein the output result comprises the program timestamps, the sizes and a call relation document.
