The method comprises the steps that 1, a wind power plant fuzzy output calculation model is established on the basis that a wind power pre-permeability calculation model is given and according to output prediction accuracy of a wind power plant; 2, a wind power plant energy storage cost calculation model and a wind power plant standby system cost calculation model are established by introducing a conversion coefficient; 3, based on regulating characteristics of an energy storage system and a standby system, a wind power plant wind curtailment compensation cost model and a wind power plant insufficient output penalty cost calculation cost are established; 4, a wind power integration economical dispatching model is optimized through combination with a thermal power generating unit output cost model. The dispatching model established through the method optimizes the conversion coefficient alpha, so that the saved cost of the system is maximized, and economy of system operation is improved; meanwhile, the wind curtailment volume is reduced, and the wind power accepting capacity of a power grid is improved.
