The system comprises an aquiculture pond, a settling pond, an algae purifying pond, a biological membrane treating pond, an ultraviolet disinfection pond, an adsorption pond, a fertilizer adding pond and a backflow pond, wherein all of the ponds are connected through water flow pipelines, a circulating water pump is arranged between the aquiculture pond and the settling pond, and the water level is increased through the circulating water pump, so as to lead water from the aquiculture pond into the settling pond. According to the system for increasing the water quality of the aquaculture system, the water quality environment can be improved, the deterioration of the water quality caused by waste water, domestic sewage, residual baits and the like can be reduced, and the long-term sustainable development of the aquaculture industry is facilitated.
