Abstract

The invention discloses a preprocessing method and device for an online detection signal of a steel wire rope. The method comprises steps as follows: a signal preprocessing model is established and comprises discrete digital morphological transformation and fast wavelet transformation; the online detection signal is collected; a low-frequency drifting signal, a low-frequency strand leakage magnetic field signal and a power-frequency interference signal which change with the speed are inhibited by the discrete digital morphological transformation, and the discrete digital morphological transformation performs inhibition by opening and closing morphological filters based on self-adaptive weighted combination; and the fast wavelet transformation inhibits high-frequency noise and the strand leakage magnetic field signal for filtering processing. According to the method of the embodiment of the invention, the filtering processing can be performed on the online detection signal of the steel wire rope, multiple interference generated during online operation of the steel wire rope is effectively inhibited, strange signals produced due to the steel wire rope are reserved, follow-up signal identification is facilitated, judgment precision is improved, meanwhile, the signal processing time is shortened, and the real-time performance of signal processing is guaranteed.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine safety detection, in particular to a method and device for preprocessing of wire rope online detection signals. Background technique [0002] The main and auxiliary shaft hoisting systems of coal mines are the "throat" of coal mine production, and steel wire ropes are a key component of the main and auxiliary shaft hoisting systems of coal mines. Among them, the long-term use of the steel wire rope will cause "broken wire", "wear", "corrosion" and other phenomena due to fatigue and humidity in the environment, which poses safety risks. Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of wire rope broken rope accidents, many experts and scholars at home and abroad have studied a series of automatic detection methods for wire rope damage. Among them, only the electromagnetic detection method has been practiced and promoted. It is recognized as the most reliable detection method, but there are still shortcom...
