Abstract

The invention relates to a full-pennisetum-hydridum peptide nutrition product and a preparation method thereof. The pennisetum-hydridum peptide nutrition product contains full-pennisetum-hydridum peptide which is 1-60wt% of the absorption of the human body. The preparation method of the pennisetum-hydridum peptide nutrition product comprises the following steps: crushing pennisetum hydridum or weeds, then adding water into the pennisetum hydridum or weeds to prepare pulp, grinding weed pulp for 3-4 times until the fineness is 80-120 meshes, homogenizing for 2-3 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer at 60-80 MPa until the fineness reaches 200 meshes or reaches over 200 meshes; processing the weed pulp homogenized at high pressure for 25-30 minutes under the condition with the temperature of 135-140 DEG C and pressure of 7-8 kilograms, then reducing temperature to be 40-65 DEG C, adding lipase, cellulose and neutral protease, stirring for 3-5 minutes at a rate of 2500-3000 rotations per minute, performing standing and carrying out biochemistry at the constant temperature for 5-12 hours; deactivating enzyme and sterilizing, and then precipitating the weed pulp by a plate frame precipitation system which contains food-grade diatomite filter aid to obtain a full-pennisetum-hydridum peptide raw solution so as to prepare the full-pennisetum-hydridum peptide nutrition product.
