Abstract

The invention discloses a chromatographic method for rapidly measuring the content of vitamin D3, namely a method for measuring the content of vitamin D3 by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); and the content of vitamin D3 in a sample containing complex components can be measured rapidly and accurately by smartly optimizing chromatographic conditions. The chromatographic method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: (1), preparing a reference solution; (2), processing the sample; and (3), setting liquid chromatographic conditions, wherein a chromatographic column and a silica gel column are set to 50*4.6 mm and 2.7 microns; the flow velocity is set to 2 ml/min; a mobile phase is prepared by uniformly mixing isopropanol with normal hexane according to the volume ratio of 0.5:99.5; the detection wavelength is set to 264 nm; and the sampling amount is set to 75 microliter. The chromatographic method disclosed by the invention is capable of measuring the content of vitamin D3 simply, conveniently, rapidly and accurately; the analysis time is shortened; the use amount of solvents is reduced; and the analysis cost is reduced.
