The embodiment of the invention provides a method for predicating user loss of a car calling platform. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an input variable of a reserved predication model based on a behavior variable of a user; determining a variable for judging whether a user is lost or not as an output variable of the predication model; taking the input variable and the output variable as historical data and training the predication model; predicating whether the user is lost or not based on the trained predication model. The embodiment of the invention further provides a device for predicating whether the user of the car calling platform is lost or not. With the adoption of the method and the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, a lost user list can be given some time ahead when whether the user is lost or not is predicated, the high accuracy and the high coverage rate are guaranteed, and the maintaining difficulty is reduced; a target user group is narrowed and the maintaining activity cost is reduced.
