Abstract

The invention discloses a method for estimating and correcting delay inequality between reception channels of a broadband multi-antenna communication system. The method comprises the following steps of estimating the delay inequality between the reception channels through testing and calibration signals; compensating delay inequality of integer sampling periods by designing a delaying module; and compensating delay inequality of time shorter than a sampling period by using an FIR (finite impulse response) filter to realize delay alignment of the channels. The order of the FIR filter is low, the number of occupied resources is small, and the design complexity is low. By the method, arraying channels of broadband signals can be corrected effectively.
