Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a nicotiana tabacum floating seedling raising special-purposed nursing fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of fertilizer preparation. With the fertilizer, nicotiana tabacum seedbed stage growing condition can be improved, and the production of robust seedlings is ensured. The special-purposed nursing fertilizer comprises the following components, by weight, calculated according to a total nursing fertilizer weight of 1500g: a component I comprising 0.4-0.6g of 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.8-1.5g of forchlorfenuron, 5ml of anhydrous ethanol, and 500ml of distilled water; a component II comprising 400-550g of tenebrio moliter mature larvae powder, 250-300g of an yeast extract, 100-150g of glucose, 28-35g of gellan gum, 10-15g of trehalose, and 28-35g of agar powder; a component III comprising 8-12g of magnesium chloride, 8-12g of potassium chloride, 0.8-1.3g of salicylic acid, 2.5-3.5g of 98% 1,2-butanediol, and 500ml of distilled water; and a component IV comprising 400-500g of deactivated dried soy beans.
