Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting the content of 2-DCB (2-dodecylcyclobutanone) in irradiated foods containing fat. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) smashing irradiated foods containing fat to be extracted, and uniformly mixing the smashed irradiated foods with a dispersing agent according to the mass ratio of 1:(1-2), so as to obtain a mixture; (2) taking a fat adsorbent of which the weight is 15-20 times of that of the irradiated foods containing fat to be extracted, placing the fat adsorbent in an extraction tank, adding the mixture above the fat adsorbent, and adding the dispersing agent on the mixture to enable the extraction tank to be full, wherein a filter membrane is placed at the bottom of the extraction tank; (3) performing accelerated solvent extraction on the extraction tank, so as to obtain an extract liquor; (4) dewatering the extract liquor by using a drying agent, and steaming out an extracting solvent, so as to obtain an extractive of the 2-DCB; (5) detecting the content of the 2-DCB of the extractive.
