An LED lamp with a changeable size comprises a substrate which is provided with LED lamp beads in a packaging mode, a controller which is electrically connected with the LED lamp beads, a base connected with the substrate and a lamp cover connected with the base. The lamp cover is arranged at the end, connected with the substrate, of the base. The base comprises a base body connected with the substrate, a radiator connected with the base body and a closing device connected with the base body. The radiator is arranged on the outer wall of a pipeline in a sleeving mode, the radiator comprises a radiator body connected with the pipeline and a plurality of radiating fins connected with the outer wall of the radiator body, and the radiating fins are bent elastic metal fins. The closing device comprises a first closing plate which is arranged between a connecting plate and the radiator body and a second closing plate which is connected with the end, far away from the connecting plate, of the radiator body. According to the LED lamp with the changeable size, the heat on the substrate is transmitted into the radiator through the base body, and the heat is radiated out through the bent radiating fins. The bent radiating fins can achieve the radiating effect, and the overall size of the LED lamp can also be reduced by contracting.
