The invention discloses a battery management system and a battery management method used for a vehicle, and the vehicle, wherein the battery management system comprises an insulation resistance measurement module, an insulation resistance comparison module and a monitoring module; the insulation resistance measurement module is used for measuring the insulation resistance value between the positive pole or negative pole of a power battery pack in a battery box and other vehicle components; the insulation resistance comparison module is used for comparing the preset insulation resistance threshold value with the insulation resistance value obtained through measurement of the insulation resistance measurement module, to obtain an insulation resistance difference value between the preset insulation resistance threshold value and the insulation resistance value obtained through measurement; the monitoring module is used for informing the vehicle to generate and send a control instruction for reducing condensated water in the battery box under the condition that the insulation resistance difference value is greater than the preset insulation resistance difference value threshold value.
