Abstract

The invention relates to an electro-hydrostatic actuator sensitive to load. The actuator comprises a variable displacement hydraulic pump, a shuttle valve, an asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder, a pressure servo valve and an actuating mechanism. The variable displacement hydraulic pump comprises an oil inlet and an oil outlet; the shuttle valve comprises a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet; the asymmetrical hydraulic cylinders comprises a shell and a first asymmetrical piston; the pressure servo valve is connected between a first rod cavity of the asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder and the input end of an actuating mechanism and used for adjusting the instantaneous flow input into the input end of the actuating mechanism; the input end of the actuating mechanism is connected with the output end of the pressure servo motor and used for generating a signal for changing the output displacement of the variable displacement hydraulic pump based on hydraulic pressure of the first rod cavity. By the adoption of the electro-hydrostatic actuator sensitive to load, the output hydraulic pressure of the pressure servo value can be controlled to adjust the output flow of the variable displacement hydraulic pump in a quantitative mode, and therefore heat dissipation and power consumption of a whole system are reduced.
