The self-compacting concrete comprises 280 kg / m<3> of cement, 840 kg / m<3> of sand, 840 kg / m<3> of stone with a particle size of 5-20 mm, 280 kg / m<3> of grade-I fly ash, 175 kg / m<3> of water, and 4.8 kg / m<3> of a condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent, wherein the condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent is formed by compounding a naphthalene water reducing agent and a polycarboxylic acid slump-retaining agent according to a ratio of 3:2.
