Problems solved by technology

However, the commonly used chemical preservatives for strawberries have the defects of polluting the environment and endangering human health, while other fresh-keeping techniques require expensive equipment and cumbersome operations. Therefore, it is urgent to find new economical, simple and acceptable strawberry fresh-keeping methods.

Embodiment 1

[0019] Take wild Polygonum cuspidatum stems collected from Lianyuan, Hunan Province, rinse them with sterile water, then dry them with sterilized filter paper, soak them in 75% ethanol for 3-5 minutes, rinse them with sterile water 3-4 times, and use 0.1% L Mercury disinfection for 30s, followed by 75% ethanol disinfection for 1min. Cut off the phloem of the roots and stems, and cut the xylem into small pieces of 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm with sterile scissors. Rinse with sterile water 3-4 times, grind into a slurry in a sterilized mortar. After diluting the grinding slurry 10 times with sterile water, pipette 1ml of the grinding diluent, and routinely spread it on the primary screening medium. Each material was cultured in parallel 3 times at 28°C for 72-120 hours, and the well-growing colonies of different shapes were selected and separated on the PDA plate. After culturing at 28°C for 72 hours, a single colony was taken for 3 times and repeatedly streaked and separated to obtain pur...

Embodiment 2

[0023] 1. Preparation of treatment solution

[0024] Prepare 10g / 100mL Polygonum cuspidatum boiled extract, after autoclaving at 121°C, insert the J3 strain of the present invention, biotransform at 28°C, 180r / min for 96h, and centrifuge the fermentation broth at 10000r / min for 10min. Take 100 mL of the supernatant and concentrate 10 times at 60° C. by rotation to obtain a fermentation broth of the bacterial strain J3 of the present invention with a final concentration of 1 g / mL (abbreviated as J3 fermentation broth herein), and store it at 4° C. for future use. The non-fermented liquid group was taken as the J3 bacterial strain not inserted into the present invention.

[0025] Polydatin preservation solution (80 μg / mL polydatin solution), resveratrol preservation solution (80 μg / mL resveratrol solution).

[0026] 2. Experimental materials

[0027] The tested variety is "Brandy" strawberry, with a maturity of eight mature, collected from the strawberry garden of Hunan Agricu...

Abstract

The invention provides an application of polygonum cuspidatum endophytic bacterial aspergillus fumigatus J3 strains in strawberry freshness preservation. The bacterial strains are polygonum cuspidatum endophytic bacterial aspergillus fumigatus J3 strains. The preservation number of the bacterial strains is CCTCC M2015161. After strawberries of 80% of maturity are processed by fermentation liquor of the J3 strains, the rotting rate and the weight loss ratio of the strawberries can be remarkably reduced, the reduction of soluble sugar, protein, Vc and titratable acid is delayed, and increase of MDA is restrained. The activity of SOD and POD is maintained, cellulase activity is restrained, aging of the strawberries is delayed, and the freshness preservation effect on the strawberries is improved. The freshness preservation period of the strawberries is effectively prolonged, and a new research direction is provided for the strawberry fresh-keeping technology and natural preservative development.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of an endophytic strain of Polygonum cuspidatum, in particular to the application of an endophytic strain of Polygonum cuspidatum aspergillus fumigatus J3 strain in strawberry preservation. Background technique [0002] Strawberry is a berry fruit with bright red color, tender and juicy flesh, and 98% edible part. It can not only be eaten fresh, but also can be made into natural health drink, natural health preserved fruit and quick-frozen food, etc., which has broad market prospects. Strawberries not only have high edible value, but also have certain medicinal value, such as pharmacological effects such as promoting body fluid and quenching thirst, diuretic and antidiarrheal, clearing fire and relieving heat, etc.; Strawberry has become the fastest-growing emerging industry in my country's fruit and vegetable industry due to its special advantages such as short cycle, quick results, high economic benefits, and ...
