The method comprises the following steps: building an indoor plane graph, building a coordinate system based on pixel space of the indoor plane graph, drawing a data collection road section based on the built indoor plane graph, extracting an initial node and a terminal node according to the data collection road section, building a topological relationship between the nodes and the road section, determining the data collection road section, collecting three-component data of a geomagnetic field in a coordinate system of a smart phone at a uniform speed along the data collection road section through the smart phone, recording coordinates of the geomagnetic field, obtaining instantaneous posture parameters of the smart phone relative to an initial state according to real-time acquired posture information of the smart phone, performing coordinate conversion on the collected three-component data of the geomagnetic field according to the posture parameters, obtaining a three-component numerical value of the geomagnetic field in an absolute coordinate system, and storing the numerical value in a database to generate the indoor geomagnetic navigation reference map.
