The control device of the relay of the battery management system comprises a first driving unit, a second driving unit, a main processor, and an auxiliary processor. The first driving unit is connected with a first end of a control coil of the relay. The second driving unit is connected with the second end of the control coil of the relay. The main processor is connected with the first driving unit, and is used to control the connection/disconnection of the first branch, and the first branch is the connecting branch between the first driving unit and the first end of the control coil. The auxiliary processor is connected with the second driving unit, and is used to control the connection/disconnection of the second branch, and the second branch is the connecting branch between the second driving unit and the second end of the control coil. The auxiliary processor is connected with the main processor by a communication bus.
