A bypass is arranged on the outer side of a flue and is used for connecting flues in front of or behind a coal economizer or an air preheater; air current is educed out of the flues by means of the pressure difference between the a front flue and the a rear flue; after the air current is subjected to ash removing by a cyclone separator, the oxygen content in the air current is online measured by an oxygen meter, and separated fly ash is fed back to the flues; the air current is automatically educed out of the flues by using the pressure difference between the front part and the rear part of the coal economizer or the air preheater in each flue, and the oxygen content is monitored outside the flues. The invention also provides a gas-exhaust-type online monitoring device for the oxygen content, which is used for realizing the method.
