The air conditioner control device comprises an indoor unit heat exchanger, an energy storage device and a fan, wherein the indoor unit heat exchanger is used for performing heat exchange on a refrigerant from an outdoor unit compressor of the multi-split air conditioner; the energy storage device performs heat exchange on the refrigerant again when the refrigerant after heat exchange by the indoor unit heat exchanger flows through the energy storage device, so that cold capacity or heat is stored; the fan is used for driving airflow to perform heat exchange with the refrigerant in the indoor unit heat exchanger when the cold capacity or heat in the energy storage device is lower than a preset threshold value, and is used for driving the airflow to perform heat exchange with the energy storage device when the cold capacity or heat in the energy storage device is higher than or equal to the preset threshold value.
