Abstract

The test system comprises a motor control part, a torque signal acquisition part, a temperature acquisition part, an excitation part, a shear chamber, a support part, a signal acquisition system and an analysis system. The method includes: adding a to-be-tested fluid into the shear chamber, energizing an excitation coil with direct current to generate a magnetic field so as to change the properties of the to-be-tested fluid; setting the rotation speed of a servo motor, at the same time acquiring the friction torque transferred by the to-be-tested fluid through a torque sensor, collecting the motor rotation speed and torque into an analysis system, and calculating the rheological property parameters of the to-be-tested fluid by means of the shear chamber roller size, the shear chamber gap, the motor rotation speed and the friction torque; and at the same time, testing the properties of the to-be-tested fluid at different temperatures with a temperature sensor mounted in the shear chamber, and feeding back the to-be-tested fluid temperature in real time.
