The method comprises the following steps: (1) separating fresh tea leaves into three parts and performing fixation respectively, specifically, placing the fresh leaves into a heating bowl for the microwave oven in a shaking way, regulating power to the maximum, performing fixation, then pouring the tea leaves out, spreading for cooling, wiping moisture in the heating bowl, and performing further fixation operation; (2) drying by adopting a mechanical microwave oven drying process or a computer microwave oven drying process according to the functions of different microwave ovens; specifically, dividing the tea leaves subjected to fixation into two parts, marking as A and B, and drying A and B in turns according to the drying process; and (3) after drying is finished, mixing A and B to obtain dry tea leaves which can be taken as the biochemical analysis sample, and after cooling, packing the dry tea leaves for detection.
