The metarhizium anisopliae solid culture method comprises the following steps of: inoculating a metarhizium anisopliae liquid strain into a solid culture medium; placing the solid culture medium into a fermentation box and performing solid culture, wherein through holes are formed in the bottom surface of the fermentation box; at the early stage of solid culture and under the environment of 18-22 DEG C, stacking 4-8 layers of fermentation boxes with the solid culture mediums which inoculate the metarhizium anisopliae on an empty fermentation box without a through hole in the bottom surface layer by layer, covering a cover on the uppermost layer of the fermentation box and performing closed fermentation for 3-4 days; and at the later stage of solid culture, opening the cover of the uppermost layer of the fermentation box, separating all the fermentation boxes or stacking the fermentation boxes in a staggered mode, and performing open fermentation for 3-4 days under the environment that the temperature is 23-27 DEG C and the humidity is 80%.
